Build a fan that can be regulated by a rpi/esp to control airflow/cooling of my Mini NAS Nocuta fans are already here at home and can be controlled via PWM.

• Prove of concept worked with arduino uno, lab psu and noctua fan.
• Program for esp8622 with [plattformio.org]
• Deploy somewhere on NAS
• Simple webapi to control via Homeassistant or ESPhome + homeassistant
